Start of summary	I will explain that in different parts To begin with 1.     Rita Pierson rise in educators family background, 2.     She said there is many reason of low attendance or negative peer influences from the kids but the thing are rarely discussed is how is human connection and relationship is important in kids’ life. 3.     Also she mention that the kids do not learn any thing if they don’t like the person 4.     It is very important to build student self steam. 5.     Teacher and parents should be patience with their kids 6.     Every child need champion to motivate them to be successful and difference

 Develop the way of teaching or acting front the kids because each kids need the good role model in their life that help them to performing to the best of their abilities.

1.      Rita Pierson starts her speech with her family background, by saying that her parents and her maternal grandparents were educators.

2.      She said there is many reason of low attendance or negative peer influences from the kids but the thing are rarely discussed is how is human connection and relationship is important in kids life.

4.      How apologize make different in kid’s expectate for example when she missd up the whole math lesson and when she went back to the student and apologize about that. This help to build the powerful relationship.

My name is Khalfan. I am a person who is positive about every aspect of life.  I live in United Arab Emirate especially in Abu Dhabi.
